Customers are responsible for supplying correct and print ready artwork. Promonet is not liable for errors contained in artwork files that were approved by the customer. -
Proofing
We provide digital proofs or mockups prior to printing. Production begins only after written approval. Approval of proofs confirms acceptance of layout, spelling, colours and sizing. -
Colour variations
Printed colours may vary from on screen previews due to differences in monitors, inks, substrates and production processes. These variations are normal and not considered defects unless outside standard tolerance. -
Branding position
Branding positions may vary slightly due to manufacturing limitations. Small variations in alignment or position are within commercial standards. -
Samples
Physical samples may be available upon request. Slight differences between samples and the final production run can occur.
