Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed through promonet.com.au.

  1. Australian Consumer Law
    Goods supplied by Promonet come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot be restricted.
  2. Custom printed and made to order goods
    Most products supplied by Promonet are custom printed or made to order. These items cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect selection or customer artwork errors.
  3. Faulty or incorrect goods
    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if goods are defective, damaged or incorrect. Please include photos and your order number.
    If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with the ACL.
  4. Business purchases and liability limitations
    Where goods are purchased for business use and are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, our liability is limited as permitted by section 64A of the ACL to repairing or replacing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
  5. Colour, print and material variations
    Minor variations in colour, print positioning or material texture may occur due to manufacturing processes. These are not considered defects unless outside normal commercial tolerance.
  6. Returns process
    If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending items back to us or the manufacturer. Items must be returned in original condition unless the defect makes this impossible.
