   Production begins once artwork is approved and payment is received.
   Processing times depend on the product, print method and quantity.

2. Delivery timeframes
   Delivery typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days after production, depending on your location and courier performance.
   Rural and remote areas may take longer.

3. Couriers
   We use a range of carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll and other logistics partners. The courier may vary depending on product type and warehouse location.

4. Tracking
   Tracking details are provided where available. Custom printed items may ship from multiple suppliers.

5. Lost or damaged items
   If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will assist in lodging investigations with the courier.

6. International shipping
