Promonet primarily supplies goods to businesses for promotional and commercial use. If you are a consumer, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) still apply. -

Product information and pricing
We aim to keep product information accurate. Pricing and availability may change at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and allow you to confirm or cancel. -
Orders and artwork
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted when we issue written confirmation.
Custom printed items require final artwork approval. Variations in colour, print position, print finish or material characteristics may occur and are considered normal within commercial tolerances. -
Limitation of liability for business purchases
Where goods are supplied to a business and the goods are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, Promonet limits its liability as permitted by section 64A of the ACL to one of the following at our election.
• Repair of the goods.
• Replacement of the goods.
• Payment of the cost of repair.
• Payment of the cost of replacement. -

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the website. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance or security reasons. -
